Frequently Asked Questions

Every organization is different, so I begin by learning about your people, goals, and challenges. Together, we can determine the format that will be serve your team.
I offer keynote presentations, interactive workshops, and full-day professional development experiences focused on burnout mitigation, sustainable leadership, and organizational well-being. Though I can provide traditional training sessions, I believe the most meaningful learning happens when participants are, well, participating. We can discuss, reflect, and problem-solve together.
For organizations seeking deeper impact, I can also design follow-up action research and assessment processes to help evaluate the effectiveness of the training and identify opportunities for continued growth. This path creates the opportunity to not just provide a service, but to build a partnership. -
Many professional development experiences leave people with another book to read, another strategy to implement, another burden to carry, or another rung on the ladder to climb. While those approaches can be valuable, they often add to the weight already felt by educators and spiritual leaders.
My work takes a different approach. Drawing on research in burnout, authentic leadership, and helping professions, I help people reconnect with the values, purpose, and identity that drew them to this work in the first place.
When leaders and organizations are grounded in what matters most, it becomes easier to recognize which responsibilities, expectations, and distractions deserve their attention - and which do not.
I strive to be both research-backed and human-focused. If this connects with you and your organization, reach out and we’ll talk. -
I am available through the email linked in this site, Instagram, or LinkedIn. I would suggest an email or a direct message on Instagram for the quickest response.

I like meeting over good coffee and asking a lot of questions. I know what the research says about burnout in helping professions, but I do not know your organization as well as you do.
I want to understand your people, your challenges, and what success would look like for you and your team. I bring research, experience, and a genuine desire to support the good work you and your organization are already doing.
